We are campaigning against the proposed M6 widening through Staffordshire and Cheshire between Cannock and Knutsford. GAME has already campaigned successfully against the Government's proposal in July 2004 to build a tolled Expressway parallel to the M6, which was finally rejected in July 2006.About GAME
GAME is campaigning against the proposed M6 toll Expressway. Alistair Darling has put this forward as an alternative to widening of the M6, but we believe that neither are necessary, and the better alternative is developing a sustainable transport system.
